Tests are a one-time purchase with lifetime access, so there's no subscription to cancel. This page covers the part that matters: when a purchase can be refunded, when it can't, and exactly how to ask. We've kept it plain.
1. What this policy covers
Everything on E4Learning is a one-time purchase with lifetime access — there are no subscriptions, trials, or recurring charges, so there's nothing to "cancel" in the usual sense. This page explains the one thing that does come up: when you can get your money back on a test or package you've bought, and how to ask for it.
Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) by our payment partner, Razorpay. Refunds, when due, are issued back through the same channel.
2. When you can get a refund
If you have not started an attempt on a test, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date — no questions asked. For a package, this applies as long as you haven't started an attempt on any test inside it.
That's the simple case: bought it, changed your mind, haven't used it, within a week. We'll refund it in full.
3. When a test isn't refundable
Once you start an attempt, that test counts as used and is no longer eligible for a refund — even within the 7-day window. Because every test reveals its questions and explanations the moment you begin, starting an attempt is the point of no return.
Requests made more than 7 days after purchase also fall outside the standard window, even if you never started an attempt.
4. If something went wrong
The rules above are about changing your mind. They don't apply when the fault is ours. Write to us and we'll put it right — including a refund where appropriate — if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order, or a payment went through twice;
- you paid but the test never appeared in your library;
- a test had a genuinely broken question or a defect that stopped you practising.
These cases aren't bound by the 7-day window — fairness is. If we got it wrong, we'll fix it.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@trouvaillesys.com from the address on your account and include:
- your order reference (shown in your Purchases), and
- a line on why you're asking — "changed my mind", "charged twice", and so on.
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 working days and to make a decision within 5 working days.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay — we can't redirect a refund to a different card, account, or wallet. Once we initiate it, the money typically reaches you within 5–7 working days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
We'll email you when a refund is initiated so you have a record of it.
