These terms describe what E4Learning offers, what we ask of you in return, and how we handle the awkward stuff (refunds, account closure, disputes). We've kept it as short and as plain-English as we can.
1. Who we are
E4Learning is owned and operated by Trouvaille Sys, a company registered in India. We make practice tests and mock exams for learners preparing for certifications and entrance exams.
When these terms say we, us, or E4Learning, we mean the company. When they say you, we mean the person using the service — whether you're signed in or just browsing.
2. Your account
You can use the catalogue and read free preview material without an account. To buy a test, take an attempt, or save favourites, you'll need to create one — using either an email-and-password pair or your Google account.
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.
- One account per person, please. Sharing access defeats the purpose of practising.
- You must be at least 13 years old, and have a guardian's consent if you're under 18.
3. What you're buying
Every test on E4Learning is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. When you buy a test or a package, it stays in your library until either you close your account or we sunset the title (we'll give at least 90 days notice if we ever do).
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our payment partners — we never see or store your card details.
4. Refunds
In short: if you haven't started an attempt yet, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Once you start an attempt the test is considered used and isn't refundable — though if something genuinely went wrong, we'll still make it right.
The full rules, the exceptions, and how to request a refund all live in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
5. Acceptable use
Practice however suits you. The only things we ask you not to do are the obvious ones:
- Don't share, resell, or republish our questions and explanations — they're licensed to you for personal study, not for redistribution.
- Don't scrape, automate, or reverse-engineer the runner.
- Don't use E4Learning to do anything illegal, abusive, or harmful to other learners.
If we have a good-faith reason to believe an account is breaking these rules, we may suspend it while we look into it.
6. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time from Settings. Your display name and email are removed immediately; your scorecards and attempts are deleted; and we keep purchase records as long as Indian tax law requires us to. Within 30 days, you can reach support to undo the closure — after that, it's permanent.
7. Limits on what we promise
E4Learning is a study aid. We do our best to keep questions accurate and aligned with the latest syllabus, but we can't guarantee you'll clear any particular exam — that part is on you, your effort, and the official examiner. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for anything that goes wrong is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the issue arose.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the product changes or the law changes around us. If a change matters to you (price changes, refund rules, account terms), we'll email signed-in learners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use E4Learning after a change means you're okay with the new version.
9. Contact
